Hapimag Resort
The newly renovated Hapimag timeshare resort in Amsterdam was recently completed after a 7 month building contract and the first guests received on the 9th of August. Red architects were responsible for the complete renovation of the interiors and the external façade of the two monument buildings that form the 26 room hotel type complex. The rooms are all themed after famous Dutch painters which gives every room its own unique identity. The colours that are used in the rooms are taken from selected artworks by the chosen artist for the rooms, and are used throughout in the soft furnishings. The intention is to stimulate interest with visiting guests to visit galleries and parts of the city of Amsterdam.
The renovation also included public areas including the reception and library.
